You will need to get an SI5351 module such as the adafruit module or generic eBay boards...
Voltage regulator is mounted against the PCB for better thermals and a series resistor in the input to help with the current. also extra filtering caps.

You can also chose to use the I2C for your
LCD via an LCD I2C backpack and free up 6 digital pins. beware of D13, there are tricks with it...
Voltage divider also included, connected to A6 for measuring your supply voltage.

Use Molex KK headers, Size 2,3,4,6 and 8. and normal 90 degree 16 pin header.
You can choose to install the components either side of the board, noting pinouts! but for a direct replacement, install them on the side that the pins have outlines on.
