VK4PP RaduinoI2C Board

More info here: https://groups.io/g/BITX20/message/41676

This is a direct replacement for the Original Raduino. All components values are marked on the board.

You will need to get an SI5351 module such as the adafruit module or generic eBay boards...

Voltage regulator is mounted against the PCB for better thermals and a series resistor in the input to help with the current. also extra filtering caps.

Adafruit Industries Llc 2045
SI5351 module

You can also chose to use the I2C for your
LCD via an LCD I2C backpack and free up 6 digital pins. beware of D13, there are tricks with it...

Voltage divider also included, connected to A6 for measuring your supply voltage.
Bottom right of the board is the PTT POP fix: https://groups.io/g/BITX20/wiki/UBitx-PTT-POP-Fix

Use Molex KK headers, Size 2,3,4,6 and 8.  and normal 90 degree 16 pin header.

You can choose to install the components either side of the board, noting pinouts! but for a direct replacement, install them on the side that the pins have outlines on.

There is a completely optional section for an AD8307 based power meter, based off of

http://kv4qb.blogspot.com.au/2017/10/ad8307-power-meter-qq-article.html
I have not tested it, nor take any credit. Use it if you want, or not...

  4. Hi Nik...
The polarity for the 1 1uf tantalum capacitor is not marked on the board. Will I just probe out the ground pad?
